Right to return
You may return any item purchased from T7BUDDY within 30 days of delivery. Items must be complete and in resalable condition. Items that have been cut, spliced, opened or otherwise modified cannot be returned.
Statutory withdrawal rights in the EU
Consumers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, under EU Directive 2011/83/EU. To exercise it, tell us within that period. Our 30-day return window is offered in addition to this right and does not limit it.
Return shipping
Where a return is made because you have changed your mind, you pay the cost of returning the item. Where the item is faulty, damaged in transit or not what you ordered, we pay the cost of return and refund your original shipping.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected. The time taken for the refund to appear depends on your payment provider.
Faulty goods
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights in respect of goods that are faulty or not as described.
