Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to send the module back. That is longer than the law requires, and it exists because fitment questions are easier to answer with the part in your hands than in a photo.

What we take back

The module, complete, in a condition we could sell again. It can have been fitted and ridden with. Installation is reversible by design, and trying it on your bike is exactly what the 30 days is for.

We cannot take back a module that has been cut, spliced, opened or otherwise modified. The housing is potted, so opening it is not something that happens by accident.

How to return it

  1. Message us with your order number and the reason. The reason matters less than you think, but it tells us what to fix.
  2. We reply with the return address and anything specific to your order.
  3. Send it back with tracking. Keep the tracking number until the refund lands.

Return postage is yours to pay when you have simply changed your mind. If the module arrived faulty, damaged or is the wrong item, we cover the return and pay for it ourselves.

Refunds

Once the module is back with us and checked, we refund to the original payment method. How quickly that shows up is between your bank and your card, and it is usually a few working days.

The refund covers what you paid for the module. Original shipping is refunded when the return is our fault.

If you are in the EU

EU consumers have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. Our 30 days sits on top of that right rather than replacing it, and nothing here reduces what the law gives you.

Faulty modules

If the module stops doing what it should, tell us what the bike does and what you expected instead. Most problems turn out to be fitment or a connector that is not fully seated, and both are quick to diagnose. If it is the module, we replace it.

The formal version of this is in our refund policy.
